DSI INTRODUCES THE HEIFER GROWTH CALCULATOR

Geneseo IL, USA - March 5, 1997 - Dairy Services International announces the development of a software application for evaluating heifer growth. The DSI Heifer Growth Calculator is an application developed to assist dairymen and heifer growers to improve their heifer development programs by monitoring heifer growth vs. target values, then making appropriate adjustments to feeding and management programs to improve performance.

According to Dr. Kopel, "The proper use of the Heifer Growth Calculator will assist dairy producers and heifer growers in pin-pointing both the areas and degrees of sub-par performance, allowing for more rapid and decisive intervention, and improved results."
